Can you believe Christmas is only a little over six weeks away?? I am counting down the days until I can put up our Christmas Tree. Trust me, if it were all up to me, I would already have it up! But alas, my husband likes to celebrate holidays in order, and apparently Thanksgiving comes before Christmas this year. :-)

This year I am teaming up with my friends from Shutterfly to bring you a giveaway for $50 off your order at Shutterfly.com. This is a great way to take care of your holiday card order this year!

Shutterfly has some really awesome new designs in the 2013 Holiday Card Collection &  Photo Gifts. I've picked out a few of my favorite cards to show you.

Christmas Eve Festivities 2012

On Christmas Eve we baked cookies for Santa, put reindeer food outside in the grass, set out milk and cookies for Santa, and read The Night Before Christmas. I have tried to make The Night Before Christmas book special by only reading it on Christmas Eve every year. It has become something that the kids really look forward to.

Christmas at Grandma's House

We opened gifts with my parents, brother and sister-in-law, and my uncle and aunt a few days before Christmas. It was actually our Christmas Eve since we celebrated Christmas Day a day early. We had steaks and baked potato for dinner, and watched Home Alone after opening presents. It was a fun night with family!
